For online purchase, we accept Paypal/Credit Cards. We will only deliver the products after receiving the payment. We do not do any refund for purchases paid by Credit Card.
Orders within Singapore
For orders within Singapore, you can pay by Credit Card if you order online. You can also order by phone and pay by cheque or via direct transfer (i.e. ATM or internet banking).

Order confirmation emails
As soon as you confirm your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. This allows you to check the accuracy of your order and shipping address. If you don’t receive this email soon after placing the order, please check your junk mail folder. If it is not in there, you may have entered an incorrect email address or the email may have been blocked by your email service provider. Please use the Contact Us page to send us a message or email us at email@example.com if you have any concerns about your order, or you have not received a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched within 3 business day of the order being processed. When your order is dispatched, we send a further email to confirm this.
How is my order sent?
- Your order is dispatched using EMS Speedpost for destinations outside of Singapore and Hong Kong. EMS Speedpost is a door-to-door delivery within 2 to 5 working days.
- For destination within Singapore and Hong Kong, your order is dispatched using local mail or local courier.
- Invalid addresses include incomplete postal address, freight centres, ports, terminal, camps, and such other places as may be determined in Springlilly’s absolute discretion without any notice to you.
Declaration of Value and Contents
We label the contents as “Dietary Supplements” or “low calorie sweetener”.
If you are residing in any country other than Singapore or Hong Kong, it is possible you may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, GST (VAT) or quarantine fees upon receipt of your product. These charges are separate from the Happy Oligo® shipping fees. You will be billed directly for any such charges by your local Customs office. Please refer to your local Customs office for more details on any relevant import taxes, or other charges.
We have no control or influence on these charges and their application. The payment of any such charges will be the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
Our responsibility ends when we ship your order out of Singapore/Hong Kong. We will not be responsible for (i) the confiscation of the products or (ii) any taxes which may be imposed upon you by your local customs or (iii) correction of shipping address due to buyer’s error.
What if my order goes missing?
There is no risk to you! For destination within Singapore and Hong Kong, if your order has not arrived within 5 business days after it is dispatched, please notify us. We will replace any lost order free of charge.
For destinations outside of Singapore and Hong Kong, we send by EMS Speedpost, which is a courier service. Thus, there is no risk as the item can always be traced.
Acceptance of orders
The receipt of an e-mail order invoice does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an invitation to treat a product or service. Springlilly reserves all right, without prior notice, to limit or amend the order quantity, promotional period, items, gifts or any product or service or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order.
Springlilly Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason.
Cancellation of orders
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order has been submitted by the customer. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
Refund policy (only applicable to Singapore)
For international orders, we DO NOT do any refund.
For orders within Singapore. We will refund the amount if
- It is within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- There is an original invoice.
- The product is in good condition for resale. (Seal and packaging intact)
After you inform us of your refund request, we will send you a confirmation via email. Next, it is your responsibility to return the product to our address at 9 Temasek Blvd, #19-05 Suntec Tower 2, Singapore 038989. We will process the refund upon receiving the product in good condition.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
Protecting your privacy and your information is our top priority. We have taken reasonable measures to secure both your information and your physical premises. We practice reasonable care in providing a safe transmission of your personal information from your PC to our servers (unless it sent by a mean outside of our control, i.e. e-mail). However, we cannot guarantee you that our measures will completely restrict unauthorized access to your information, and by using the Website, you assume this risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Springlilly Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers and any third party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs (including legal costs on an indemnity basis), including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this terms and conditions by you. You agree that Springlilly Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential losses incurred or suffered by you.
