Before Springlilly: Rachel has 20 years of experience in market entry, corporate developments, finance and administration. She was the Head of Operations at an investment holding company. She was also with Allianz AG in the International Department of Health based in Munich, responsible for regional development for the Asia Pacific health insurance market. She has also been with the National Computer Board of Singapore and Seiko Instruments Inc. (Japan).

Market Specialist/Coordinator (Europe)
At Springlilly: Simone is responsible for executing marketing strategy for the European market, and coordinating all the European sales request.
Before Springlilly: Simone is fluent in English, German, French, and Spanish. She was a training specialist with TTS GmbH in Germany, managing training projects for international clients. She also worked as Communication Project Manager for the Swedish company SCA at their South European head-office in Munich. Formerly, Simone was a track and field athlete and she came in 1st place in the final of the 1989 National Cross Country Championships in East Germany, previously known as the former German Democratic Republic (GDR).

At Springlilly: Linda is responsible for executing marketing strategy for the Japanese speaking market, and coordinating all the Japanese sales request.
Before Springlilly: Linda has lived in Japan for 15 years and she is fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese. She started as a marketing executive in an automobile MNC before she married a Japanese and moved to Japan. Then she started running various business ventures including import/export of coffee powder. We call her a superwoman because she is mother of a 8 year old boy, a blogger, as well as an entrepreneur, and she manages all these roles with finesse.
